Silvernail Companies is a family owned and operated Real Estate and Construction company located in Oklahoma City. Since 1921, Silvernail has been a family company with its starting roots as a refrigeration company. With over 100 years of experience Silvernail Companies has grown to encompass all aspects of residential and commercial property needs. We bring expertise not only in the buying and selling of real estate, but also in property investment, development, and construction. This hands-on background allows us to understand properties from the ground up and guide clients with real-world insight at every stage.
Where We Came From
The Silvernail Family settled near Hominy Oklahoma just after the 1889 land run. Like many others, we were hard working farmers, but as innovation moved into rural Oklahoma, it was the Silvernails who installed it. Gas lights were switched out with modern electric bulbs, indoor plumbing replaced the outhouses and as refrigeration advanced into modern air conditioning, the Silvernail Company evolved alongside it, expanding from mechanical innovation into Oklahoma City real estate, construction, and property investment.
